Field Supervision vs. Clinical Supervision
Our team of professionals provides field and clinical supervision for those pursuing professional development or fulfilling board licensure requirements. • Field Supervision: Supports students completing practicum or internship requirements through their academic program. • Clinical Supervision: Supports associate-level professionals working toward independent licensure and clinical competency development in California & Texas.
Supervision Responsibilities & Requirements
Individuals seeking field or clinical supervision services are responsible for:
- Verifying eligibility for supervision services through their academic institution, practicum placement site, employer, and/or licensing board, as applicable.
- Confirming any supervision requirements, restrictions, approvals, or affiliation agreements required prior to beginning services.
- Complying with applicable academic, employer, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in an initial consultation to determine appropriateness and fit for supervision services.
- Virtual Supervision Notice: Virtual supervision may be available in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Ohana Social Work Consultants, LLC cannot guarantee approval by an academic institution, practicum placement site, employer, or licensing board.
Supervision Plans & Rates
- Four (4) group supervision sessions per month
- Structured peer learning and case consultation
- Meets in a group setting
Discounts available for student groups (min. 3 participants)
- Three (3) group supervision sessions per month
- One (1) individual supervision session per month
- Combines peer learning with individualized support
- 50-minute one-on-one supervision session
- Personalized guidance, consultation, and professional development
- 90-minute group supervision session
- Group size: 2–8 participants
- Available as a drop-in option, space permitting

Complete Supervision Intake Documents
Review and sign required supervision agreements, policies, and onboarding paperwork.
