Founder of Ohana Social Work Consultants, LLC
Geneveve Charfauros, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Ohana Social Work Consultants. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and brings over eight years of clinical experience, five years in leadership roles, and extensive experience mentoring practicum students and aspiring clinicians.

Geneveve’s work is grounded in building authentic, collaborative therapeutic relationships that empower clients to create meaningful and lasting change. She is known for her personable and relational approach that balances evidence-based practice with genuine human connection.

Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, complex life transitions, and relational challenges. In addition to direct practice, she has developed and led programs from the ground up, ensuring ethical, effective service delivery while maintaining operational and financial sustainability.

Geneveve is deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered—not just to cope, but to grow, heal, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
